A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE
As an Accounting Administrative, you play a vital role in our company by using your administrative, clerical, and bookkeeping skills to help our office run at peak efficiency.
Your personable and welcoming nature shines through as you complete a variety of essential tasks, including entering customer checks, processing credit card payments, reconciling credit card statements, maintaining financial statement reporting and working with our Controller to provide data, and following up with customers about billing and payments.
Always offering exceptional customer service, you explain the financing process to customers and help them get set up.
Working alongside our controller, you assist in accounting and all other office functions where you're needed.
You order and maintain office supplies, file permits, and renew licenses.
Additionally, you are responsible for keeping our fleet database up to date and monitoring registration, insurance, and maintenance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE
Associate degree or higher in accounting
1+ years of experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Knowledgeable about profit & loss statements, including material & labor tracking
Experience using Microsoft Suite, Quickbooks, and Construction Office would be a plus! Are you organized and able to manage your time efficiently? Can you perform accounting duties with accuracy? Do you have above-average customer service and problem-solving skills? Can you represent our company in a professional manner? Are you tech-savvy and knowledgeable about accounting software? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? If yes, you might just be perfect for this clerical position in our office!
