This part-time customer service position works Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.
m.
to 3:00 p.
m.
As an Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant, you play a vital role in our company by using your administrative, clerical, and bookkeeping skills to help our office run at peak efficiency.
Your personable and welcoming nature shines through as you complete a variety of essential tasks, including entering customer checks, processing credit card payments, reconciling credit card statements, and following up with customers about billing and payments.
Always offering exceptional customer service, you explain the financing process to customers and help them get set up.
Working alongside our controller, you assist in accounting and all other office functions where you're needed.
You order and maintain office supplies, file permits, and renew licenses.
Additionally, you are responsible for keeping our fleet database up to date and monitoring registration, insurance, and maintenance requirements.
Having a job that allows you to help others through the use of your superb clerical and admin skills brings you great fulfillment!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Associate degree or higher in accounting
1+ years of experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Knowledgeable about profit & loss statements, including material & labor tracking
Experience using Microsoft Suite, Quickbooks, and Construction Office would be a plus! If you can meet these requirements and perform this job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
