Landscape Foreman/Driver - Myrtle Beach SC

Our company is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman/Driver with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces.
With 3-5 years of experience in landscape and hardscape construction, the ideal candidate will be able to interpret landscape designs and bring them to life.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of both softscape and hardscape materials, and a dedication to safety and quality.
Responsibilities * Interpret and execute landscape designs * Lead paver and modular wall block installation * Manage irrigation and landscape lighting systems * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards * Communicate daily production goals to crew members and manage them effectively * Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites * Problem solve onsite issues * Provide leadership and training to crew members * Operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading purposes Qualifications * 3-5 years of landscape construction experience * Strong knowledge of softscape and hardscape materials * Experience in paver and modular wall block installation * Working knowledge of irrigation and landscape lighting systems * Ability to problem solve onsite * Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a consistent basis * Valid driver's license and dependable form of transportation * Authorization to work in the United States Compensation Compensation is based on experience.
