We live in central Missouri and are offering our condo for someone looking to Snow bird in January and February.
We have spent the last to winters down in Myrtle Beach.
Usually weather in 60s and 70s with no snow.
We cant go this year due to things on our farm that we have to take care off.
The grass is green and no snow.
