Rental terms of 3 to 6+ months available.
In addition to the $1,650 monthly rental amount, the following utilities will be due with the rent each month:

$125 which includes water, Internet, basic cable TV and trash service.

$125 for the electric bill.
If electric charges incurred by Tenant exceed $125 a month, Tenant will be responsible for paying the additional amount to Landlord.
First month's rent and above utilities are due before taking possession ($1,900).
The security deposit is due at Lease signing ($1,500).
Max occupants in the condo are 4.
No pets allowed.
No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the condo or on the balcony.
Parking is in a parking lot in front of the condo with a max of 2 cars.
There are two seasonal pools that are open May through September.
