Working on trying to have it ready to move in by the middle of march.

If I rent the house, I will need first months rent and last months rent.

If someone works with me to get house cleaned up, I will not charge march rent.
House needs painting and some new flooring in some rooms.
The people that live there now should be out by march 8.

I will allow pets if you have them.

They go to whoever moves in.
Grass will need to be cut every two weeks when it’s growing.
House has new ac unit , new roof , and water heater.
Just need someone to want to make this their new home.
