Child Care Teacher

Duties: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a daycare setting.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to promote childhood development.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Assist with potty training and personal hygiene routines.
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Administer first aid when necessary.
Skills: - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate activities for each age group.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and build positive relationships with children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents, colleagues, and children.
- First aid certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience in infant care and toddler care is a plus.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in handling various situations that may arise in a childcare setting.
- Ability to create a stimulating and educational environment for children.
