ASAP: Turn on water and fill up hot water heater at my rental property (Southgate Pkwy in Myrtle Beach)

I need someone to turn the water on at the street (we turned it off for the winter) and fill up the hot water heater.
Need it done tonight (2-6) for people that are moving in tomorrow.
You will be paid via cash app or Zelle when complete.
I will need pics of the following: * Water meter * Address number on house * Hot water heater * Thermometer under a running faucet showing the water is hot.
