Carolina Limousine and Coach, South Carolina’s Premier Black Car and Motorcoach Service, seeks a full-time Dispatch/Customer Service Representative.
We are the fastest-growing ground transportation Company in the state of South Carolina.
We have taken pride in the way we provide our services for the community in general and clients specifically.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can maintain daily schedules and dispatch the chauffeurs as vehicles are reserved and scheduled return vehicles with clients.
Provide clear and concise communication with managers, employees, and company clients, including informing clients of updated statutes about their charter.
Experience is preferred; however, we will train the right applicant.
*Responsibilities*
· The Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative arranges vehicle charters to various locations and helps communicate between chauffeurs, clients, and the company.
· They assist in smoothly running tasks by providing administrative support, handling office tasks, and ensuring clear communication within the team and with external partners.
· Enter reservations, communicate with clients, prepare quotes, and process deposits and balances.
· Maintain accurate client database, respond to inquiries, and address concerns.
· Resolve client conflicts through clear communication and prompt action.
· Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, mail, and email.
· Assist Chauffeur with training and troubleshooting cell phone apps and maintain accurate records within the apps.
*Qualifications*
· 2 + years of dispatch and coordination experience in a related industry
· Geographic knowledge and map reading skills for the service area.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
· General office environment: ability to operate a computer.
· Ability to sit for extended periods.
· Experience answering a multi-line telephone system.
· Ability to work in fast paced and stressful situations on occasion
· Availability for extended hours, nights, or weekends
