We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
In this position, you will be making inbound and outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, as well as offering additional products and services.
There will be some cold calling and clerical responsibilities as well.
This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality.
Someone who is not afraid of a little rejection, who is easy to talk to, and who likes helping people.
Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required
Pay Scale: $17.
00+ per hour depending on experience + Spiffs!

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Exceptional customer service skills
1-2 years of inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience
Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to operate the multi-line phone system
Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Positive "can do" attitude
