We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients.

Duties: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to patients.
- Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate patient records - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals - Follow call center procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times Experience: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze patient inquiries and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
