•Tile shower demo: $5 per square ft.
Includes mud pan removal and the setting substrate which the tile walls are set on.
•Tile wall demo: $3.
50 per square ft.
This maybe for something that is around a tub or on a backsplash wall.
•Fiberglass tub/shower demo: $300.
This is a set price seeing as to how these items are all identical.
•Floor tile demo: $3 per square ft.
Does not include leveling if one chooses to go that route.
•Tile shower install: 12x24 tile at $18 per square ft, subway tiles and hexagon shaped tiles at $20 per square ft.
Includes cement board install, rubber ban linner, mud bed & water proofing labor.
•Backsplash install: $20 per square ft.
•Floor tile install: $8 per square foot.
Grouting labor included in all prices.
-----LVP Floor, laminate & hardwood------
•Lvp, laminate & carpet demo: 1$ per square foot.
Does not include prep work.
•Hardwood demo: 3$ per square foot.
This is because the majority of houses in myrtle beach are built on a concrete slab and planks are glued down to subfloor.
•Floor leveling labor: $30 per bag.
•LVP/Laminate install: 2$ per square ft.
•Hardwood install: 4$ per square ft.
This is a full spread glue install.
•Base and trim install: 8$ per linear foot.
•staircase install: 45$ per step.
Light preparation work included in prices.
This includes scraping floors, cutting door jams, removing tac strips for carpet.

All materials and setting compounds to be provided by owner.
All debris and waste will be hauled off by me the installer.
Prices are not final, this is an outline of what it takes to do a good job if owner chooses, if one is seeking lower prices it can be cut down to satisfy owner of the property.
