Looking For some side work year round (Myrtle Beach,SC)

I am looking for some side work on my days off.
Looking for flexibility as my days off change each week.
I am employed Full Time & also drive Uber on the side.
But if you have some good paying work worth my time I will work for you instead of driving on my days off.
My fields of experience are primarily Security, Law Enforcement, checking properties, some sales.
