Pay Rate: $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience
Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
Position Summary: To provide excellent administrative and clerical support to the organization.
Maintaining a positive attitude that is encouraging and representative of our core values as a company.
Participating in company initiatives to encourage continual growth of the Dependable Service Plumbing and Air team.
Requirements:
3+ years in leadership role directly influencing employees
Demonstrate heightened client service skills including control of difficult situations
Ability to receive and provide feedback from management or a peer and work through any identified opportunities
Able to work in a team environment while also time managing individual goals throughout the work day
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, as well as shows initiative for self-improvement
Ability to adjust to changing circumstances throughout the business day
Ability to be organized and have a keen eye for details
Ability to work with all personality types within the team
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Daily Functions:
Overseeing general day to day office operation
Create and be responsible for office coverage schedule and on call coverage schedule
Mentor and develop communications team to aid in their individual growth
Oversee training of new communications team members and additional future trainings of all team members
Monitor and be responsible for call center metrics and drive to set goals
Responsible for the Ultimate Client Experience given by department
Be an integral part of the leadership team and work with other department heads to achieve company goals and initiatives
Handle incoming calls and emails
