Terrier/Pomeranian Mix (Murrells Inlet)

I am looking to rehome my 1 year old dog Momo.
He has been neutered, is on 2 and 1 heart worm and flea prevention.
He is up to date all of his relative shots.
We have him currently enrolled in the veterinarian plan through petsmart, so we have all of his records.
He is also microchipped.
He is great with kids, cats and dogs.
We take him to the dog park and he is super social! He is so full of love and will truly be missed.
There will be a 250$ rehoming fee.
