Looking for long term room house share etc (Myrtle Beach)

I can sum it up in one word, tired.
44 years old been through the ringer a million times.
I have no credit I have a bad background nothing violent just stupidity from my younger days.
I'm basically looking for a friend male female doesn't matter not looking for a relationship of any kind I just want to place that I can call home feel safe working relax.
I've lost a lot of family members and Friends over the past 5 years and currently watching my grandmother and my father slowly drift away and it's painful.
I have no problem finding a job or creating my own.
I have many useful talents and abilities one specifically that I'm really looking forward to renewing in my life which is art.
I have no issues paying rent providing my own.
I don't mind having chores keeping up with maintenance of a home etc.
