I have an 1800 sq ft home in a nice neighborhood that I'm interested in sharing with only ONE individual.
Prefer a 40 to 70 year old male but a middle aged lady is welcome as well if interested.
I'm also LGB friendly.
Must have good dependable transportation and a supportive job or another solid source of income.
Must have a clean criminal background,,,, I will check! No drug users (including pot) or tobacco users please.
Social drinking acceptable!
The home is a split bedroom plan so you would have a private bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the house from me.
Of course the kitchen and laundry room are shared with other spaces available to you.
The house is totally furnished.
I am a very clean guy and expect the same from others who live with me.
If you are not that kind of person, we will not be a good fit.
All utilities are included such as water, sewer, electric, heat, a/c, garbage, internet and TV.
I do have 2 small dogs (20 lbs each) and 1 cat that mostly enjoys being outside so you must, must, must be pet friendly.
As much as I love animals, these 3 are enough !!!
Rent is 750.

Lease or month to month but looking for someone who will stay at least until spring 2024.
