The condo is owned by myself and tenant will sign a minimum 6-month rental agreement and give prorated rent depending on move-in date+security deposit.
The other Master Bed Bath is already occupied by another female tenant.
Existing tenant has a stable job.
She is quite / clean and he moved into the place in September 2023.
There will be a $200 security refundable deposit.
Woolcock Dr is based in Downtown which is a nice neighborhood.

There are 10+ restaurants (like chipotle, philz, counter, bamboo garden, panera brad etc) in that block
- Whole Foods is less than 5min drive
- Myrtle Beach Hub (1 more commercial block) It has Target, Safeway, more restaurants
- Lots of Indian restaurants including grocery stores
- A park with access to tennis courts, golf, lake view
