This spot is excellent for students and young professionals.
It's super walkable to class, bars, food, coffee! The current roommates (27Fs) are one Master's student in Biostatistics at Yale, and a young professional in TV/film for a nonprofit.
They'd like a female identifying roommate.
They are organized, busy, and easy-going people.
The rent is $510 /month (including heat and water) + utilities $40-60/person (electric and wifi).
