Room is located upstairs by loft area and no other rooms by it.
Looking for a single person ONLY who has no pets and has a stable job, not a party animal and can respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
Long term only atleast 6 months to a year lease.
Must pass background check and 1 full month security deposit.
Want someone laid back drama free.
Owner is a female 30-40 age range who lives in homes with 1 goldendoodle dog pet well trained not aggressive and does not shade.
Room is available now.
Very nice home, nice neighborhood and good landlord.
