Older male only please to share home with 1 older female (it's extremely unlikely I'll accept an additional pet) as I already have cats.
However, if I consider a housemate with a pet there will be far more involved with regard to a background check with your current vet as well as a non refundable deposit & monthly fee.
This will also require an extended period of time meeting one another and then safely introducing our pets.
Clearly I do not take any portion of this process lightly as it's my greatest intention to live in peace and fully enjoy every single aspect of my life free from any avoidable negative consequences from lack of due diligence on either of our parts (to vet one another).
I need you to be equally invested.

Must submit to a full (all states) criminal background check that includes eviction history and credit rating (if it's clear and credit is good and I accept you as my housemate I will reimburse half the cost of the BG check at time of departure)!

Must be a very quiet, soft spoken, valid driver's license holder, ear phone user for tv and music, ideally a handyman type, yard work doer, non smoking/vaping/drugs, considerate person who preferably works 1st shift outside of the home (and can prove both consistent and current employment history).
No storage space available other than a bedroom closet and partial use of an additional closet located in the loft area.
Cost: message me as I've been advised keyboard warriors will be extremely difficult.
Rent guaranteed to remain the same for 24 months (and likely long after)!
FYI: I commit to purchasing two quality ceiling fans (if you're able to install them and agree to turn off when you're not present).
Again, if you're unwilling to share your space and gentle nature with my cats then we won't be well suited.
I don't wish for a housemate who will only tolerate my cats.
