feet) located in Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach.
House has a very large fenced in yard, hardwood and tile throughout, and a gourmet kitchen with incredible storage.
You will have your own upstairs thermostat and lots of privacy.
The bedroom is furnished with an upscale upholstered king size bed and luxury mattress, 46" HDTV and TV stand, and two large dressers where one converts into a desk.
The room has a very spacious closet, large window and additional seating area for a TV or small office space.
This bedroom has its own private bath with shower/tub, pedestal sink, and bathroom storage.
($700 + 1/3 utilities; each person's utilities usually average $85 to $145)
Neighborhood amenities include private security, gym, two large pools (one for family, one adult only), tennis courts, basketball courts, and horseshoe areas all within walking distance.
We are looking to share our home with serious full-time students or professionals who are clean, respectful and who are more likely to keep to themselves.
We do not party/drink.
We are very friendly, but just don't really fit the typical Myrtle Beach archetype.
Applicants must be DRUG-FREE, have proof of employment and must be okay with dogs.
Looking for long term roommates from six months to a year.

The deposit for the room is $700.
