Sales Associate

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and processing transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for retail calculations - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are highly desirable - Comfortable with technology sales We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our Sales Associates.
