We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Retail Sales Associate and contribute to our retail operations, offering guests a unique selection of merchandise to commemorate their visit to The Bowery.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise, providing information about products and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and arranging displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and providing receipts to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to restock merchandise as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing retail space.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.

- Previous retail experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the retail area.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while prioritizing customer needs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
