Seeking a store associate with a strong sense of personal style to assist with daily operations and customer service at our atelier and shop.
We sell luxury event wear and embodying the brand aesthetic is important.
Assistance is mainly required on Saturdays to help with customer appointments in addition to 1-2 week days.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of retail or relevant sales experience in retail brand or client service industry, luxury product selling experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, willingness to engage with clients and provide excellent service
• Strong sense of personal style and comfortable giving style advice to customers
• Passionate about working at a fast growing fashion business with end to end in house design/production and making a meaningful impact
• Proven ability to deliver excellent on brand client service standard and ability to demonstrate best practices
• Proven ability to sell, utilizing product knowledge, brand inspiration and timeless fashion
• Solid interpersonal skills and able to work well with a team
• Self-starter mentality; be curious and seek out answers to questions
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS system
Responsibilities:
• Act as brand steward in all interactions with customers and Team Susan Albright
• Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring on brand customer experience for those with appointments and also walk-ins
• Provide relevant style advice, product knowledge and product recommendations
• Contribute to shop sales goals through adding on and closing the sale
• Follow up on orders, raise any customer concerns or order issues immediately to leadership for assistance in solving
• Keep up-to-date on Susan Albright products: colors, fabrics, fit, styles, care, etc and brand style inspiration
• Assist in receipt of shipments and store merchandising; ensure shop is adequately presented and stocked to brand standard
• Maintain store cleanliness and backroom organization
