Call Center Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Shine Studios! Shine Studios is the central reservations contact center for Vacation Myrtle Beach.
We handle inbound and outbound sales calls pertaining to hotel reservations with both in-house and remote agents.
*Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee a team of call center agents * Monitor call volume, occupancy and performance * Answer questions from staff and provide guidance * Motivate and support agents through feedback and communication * Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement * Ensure 100 percent adherence to all company policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned *Qualifications and Skills*: * 1 or more years of supervisory experience * Tech savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to report to work with minimal attendance issues * Must be available evenings and weekends If you are interested in establishing a solid career and taking giant strides in personal growth, Vacation Myrtle Beach and Shine Studios is just the family you’re looking for.
