Sales Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and operating the cash register - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Basic math skills for retail transactions - Ability to operate a cash register accurately - Knowledge of technology products, such as wireless devices, is an advantage We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
