Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in jewelry sales, technology sales, or wireless sales, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems are required.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the store's stock and displays.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, technology sales, or wireless sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales
- Ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for serving bilingual customers
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining stock levels and store displays
