This position is responsible for analyzing and optimizing visitor behavior patterns and sales leads in our digital environment.
It reports to the Vice President of Digital Marketing in a team environment where each team member is focused on contributing and learning.
SixAxis is a customer and velocity centric organization, and we will continue to acquire additional businesses to add complimentary and adjacent products.
The Digital Marketing Analyst must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategic and operational plans.
Up to 10% travel required as the organization has multiple sites including headquarters in South Carolina.
This is a virtual position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and Optimize Conversions:Extract, interpret, and communicate visitor behavior patterns from web/mobile data to identify opportunities to optimize conversion rates and UX (User Experience).
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Looker Studio, and other analytics services for this purpose.
Lead Analysis: Closely monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation efforts with data from online analytics, CRM, and ERP.
Identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to improve lead quality, quantity, and campaign efficacy.
Sales Analysis:Work collaboratively with the sales team to analyze sales trends and customer behavior, and recommend strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Business Teams:Work closely with business teams to understand monitoring requirements and customer data analytics needs, and align digital strategies with business goals.
Strategic Recommendations:Leverage analytics to form data-driven recommendations that improve digital experiences, increase conversion rates, and drive qualified inquiries and sales.
Educate Stakeholders:Inform stakeholders on trends and recommend improvements to customer digital experiences, actively contributing to the backlog.
Integration with Marketing Campaigns:Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in terms of lead generation, conversion, and sales, and suggest improvements based on data.
Impact Analysis:Articulate recommendations with a thorough impact analysis of changes, proposing fixes for production issues, and functionality improvements that align with conversion, lead, and sales goals.
Communication:Present findings and recommendations concisely, directly, and informedly to various stakeholders.
Monitor Key Metrics:Monitor and report on key metrics across marketing channels, campaigns, user experiences, conversions, leads, and sales.
Strategy Execution and Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, encompassing project management for developers and results auditing.
This also involves integrating sophisticated analytics systems across our digital platforms, such as websites, CRMs, and analytics tools, to refine data collection, enhance analysis, and elevate data visualization and reporting.
Email Marketing and Customer Outreach:Segment customer database for targeted email marketing, analyze campaign effectiveness in lead generation, and conversions, and optimize email marketing tactics.
Dashboard Creation:Generate communication dashboards with Looker Studio and Power BI that visualize conversions, leads, sales data, and other key performance indicators.
Collaborative Exploration: Works seamlessly with other departments, combining their data science skills with company-specific knowledge to extract valuable insights.
Other duties as business needs evolve.
Required: Possess a robust foundation in data science, guaranteeing our analysis is both credible and resilient to scrutiny.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing & analysis, preferably in B2B.
Proficient in working with CRMs and analyzing data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Looker Studio, and similar tools.
Experience with customer database segmentation and email marketing preferred.
Experience in project management and overseeing the work of developers is a plus.
