Business Development Representatives, or BDR's, are responsible for expanding a company's customer base.
In short, your job will be to identify potential customers and initiate the first outreach.
Your goal will be to set appointments and fill the pipeline for the sales team.
You will be paid a base salary plus commission, based on performance.
