*Inside Sales Associate*
We are looking for 2(two) Inside Sales Associates to join our Sales Team and create a relationship with our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their objectives.
The Inside Sales Associate will also be responsible for supporting our outside sales team, Excel spreadsheets, and most importantly our client service department.
This position requires 2 years of customer service experience with at least 1 year of inside sales experience and a “can-do” attitude.
Job Duties:
* Professionally answer multi-line phone system, screen, and direct calls concisely and accordingly
* Maintain customer accounts and records of customers interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Demonstrate critical thinking to find solutions to customer and/or vendor questions.
* Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate staff.
* Knowledge of company warranties
* Social Media: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Posts
* Will Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* 2 years of Customer Service Experience
* 1 year inside sales experience
* Initiative-taker that completes tasks with limited supervisor.
* Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and technology
* Clear communication with management throughout the workday
* Fast paced with a sense of urgency
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
Salary: $16.
00 - $18.
00 per hour – No Commissions
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 4:30pm
