Sales Training Admin
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Training Administrative Assistant handles a variety of administrative and recruiting tasks for Sales Training as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manages office operations and procedures such as, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies for training/recruiting and other clerical services.
· Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
· Assist with the scheduling of training sessions and booking / notifying all relevant parties.
· Printing up training support materials / handouts for training courses and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant.
· Send out appropriate pre-course information to delegates/managers in advance of training classes.
· Assisting in training course set up / clears up before and/or after a training event.
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, review resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
· Schedule interviews and follow up with candidate throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate and documentation.

Experience:
· One year of administration experience preferred.
· One year of experience in a recruiting/sourcing role preferred.
Education & Certifications:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Additional educational and training skills are preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
· General computer skills are essential and proficient in Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication.
· Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team.
· Self-motivated and strong time management and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hours.
Must be capable of hearing within what is considered to be a normal range.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include capable of distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and perception, close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITIES Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The majority of the work involved in this position will be conducted from an office or other field office.

The noise level in the work environment is usually high and extremely fast paced
