* Keep our operations running smoothly with detailed BDC reports, ensuring transparency and accountability at every juncture.
* Navigate outbound calls with finesse, confirming appointments, diligently following up, and executing tasks with precision.
* Safeguard customer information with the utmost confidentiality, instilling trust in our brand.
* Collaborate with our team to conquer follow-up activities, leveraging powerful tools to drive success.
* Fine-tune CRM activity, working hand-in-hand with sales associates to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
