Marketing Director

*Monarch Roofing* is seeking a *Marketing Director* to join the team! This is a senior-level position at our Myrtle Beach office with the number one goal of lead generation.
You will *lead and oversee the company's marketing efforts from creative to opertations*.
This include developing year-long strategic plans, creating and executing campaigns, tracking KPIs and ROI of lead sources, leading the marketing team, managing budgets, and leading projects.
We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about building for future growth.
*Requirements:* * 5+ years of marketing experience (Strongly preferred) * Experience leading marketing teams.
* Experience designing marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales targets.
* Metrics and KPI driven.
* Comfortable managing marketing projects and timelines and handling quantitative data to assess marketing effectiveness * Ability to execute marketing strategies, running multiple projects * Comfortable with public speaking * Action-oriented mentality and entrepreneurial skills.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in communications or marketing, advanced degree a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $90,000.
