Telemarketing Representative

*JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:* The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for making and receiving telephone calls to potential customers to solicit getaway packages to visit and preview one of our resorts.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Make outbound and outbound calls to customers to solicit a getaway package.
* Must turn over a minimum of turnovers per day, minimum determined bymanagement.
* Participate in training as required.
* Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner in and out of the office.
*REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS* * Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
* Positive and friendly attitude * Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
* Capable of handling customer objections through use of rebuttals provided by company.
*OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS* * Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts Locations and or the Timeshare Industry * Prior experience in Sales/Telemarketing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.
