We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry level role.
* Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients * Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
* Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
* Learning and understanding all Spa services and product line.
* Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
* Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them.
* Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Scheduling and confirming appointments.
* Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.
* Generate new clientele through grassroots marking promoting.
*Are you qualified?* * Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeaner.
* Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members.
* Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
* Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
