Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Beach'n Ebikes is seeking a motivated and sales-driven Commission-Based Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our products and making sales to potential customers.
This is a commission-based position with earning potential up to $300+ per sale.
The candidate should be comfortable with flexible hours.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products * Conduct market research to identify potential customers * Generate leads and follow up on them to make sales * Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products * Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings Requirements: * Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets * Basic knowledge of e-bikes or willingness to learn * Must be able to work flexible hours * *Must have a resume* Qualifications: * Sales experience preferred, but not required * Marketing experience preferred, but not required Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Education: * High school diploma or equivalent Experience: * Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys marketing, and has a passion for e-bikes.
