As part of our team, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their business objectives and create furniture solutions that facilitate workflow and meet their needs.
This position requires a true team player who will work alongside our talented CAD designers and associates to help customers from concept to completion.

Requirements
Experience in B2B customer interaction and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to read floor plans and understand space planning is a plus, but not required.
Understanding of color coordination.
Cold calling and outreach.
Sales experience is necessary; we will consider candidates with an interior design background in lieu of sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to review products with customers and answer technical questions, as well as review their projects.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Project estimating.
Communicating with clients until the project is closed.
Creating PDF booklets for customers.
Account management.
Possess exceptional organizational skills with the capability to complete tasks on time.
Computer literacy.
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Advanced selling skills.
Self-motivated and competitive with the ability to balance personal needs with the needs of the company.
Experience in contract furniture or similar industries is a plus, but not required.
