*POSITION SUMMARY: * The Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant coordinates and implements activities related to promoting the branding, image, and reputation of Careteam Plus, Inc.
Duties include graphic design, coordinating and implementing health education campaigns, public and employee healthcare events, employee and patient satisfaction programs and other activities that increase awareness and usage of the services offered and further establish and enhance community goodwill.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* *Education* * · Associates degree in graphic design required.
* · Related Marketing education also preferred.
*Experience· * * A minimum of one (1) year prior experience in Graphic Design required.
· Prior experience in Marketing position preferred.
* Prior experience in Primary Care medical practice/community health clinic services preferred.
*Special Skills* * Strong customer service with a creative flair and focus required.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal staff and external customers.
* Organized, flexible and able to time manage competing priorities required.
* Evidence of sound decision-making judgment and resourcefulness in problem solving required.
* High Proficiency level computer skills, including but not limited to, Adobe Graphics, Microsoft Publisher, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

*Other * * Personal transportation to travel to multiple locations in the area.
* Meets Careteam Plus Employee Health Tuberculosis screening program requirements.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty without accommodation or with accommodation without undue hardship to Careteam Plus.
* Enters into and maintains responsible business relationships with distributors of promotional materials, printers, caterers, advertising firms, media outlets and other external contractors related to positional work.
* Helps coordinate programs and special healthcare related events that increase community understanding of Careteam Plus, Inc.
and delivery of services.
* Leads the planning and implementation of special events, open houses, dedications, displays and tours.
* Develop, coordinate, and implement patient satisfaction surveys with outcomes reporting.
* Monitors the agency's website and suggests changes to “owners” of the web site operation.
* Prepares informational brochures and other materials for patients, employees, and prospective customers.
* Provides creative support to employee committees and departments developing programs, publications, and presentations, etc.
* Coordinates and prepares devices and scripting for TV Monitors, educational tapes, and appropriate signage and banners, phone tree, email signature blocks and other communications throughout the facility.
* Creates deign content for ads, billboards, commercials, and other similar content.
* Careteam staff work together as a team and help each other and patients/clients by performing other duties as assigned.
*Work Schedule: To be discussed and mutually agreed upon 20 hours per week.
* Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.
48 - $22.
