Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility in this role is to sell vehicles in alignment with company standards and guidelines.
Key duties include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and professional interactions at our dealership.
* Consistently engaging with customers through a structured greeting process, distribution of informational brochures, and conducting needs assessments, with the ability to involve management to keep the sales process on track.
* Presenting vehicles after review with management, including demonstrations and facility tours before proposing a purchase.
* Returning vehicles to their original location after demonstration and marking them appropriately while in process.
* Maintaining daily communication with potential and existing customers through the CRM to manage ongoing transactions and outreach efforts.
* Engaging in a minimum of 10 quality conversations daily using strategic guides provided by the company.
* Ensuring no customer exits the dealership without managerial direction.
* Organizing daily follow-up tasks by consulting various internal reports and task lists assigned by management.
* Participating in daily sales meetings and maintaining clear communication with management and other key departments throughout the day.
* Keeping the showroom and vehicle displays orderly and attractive.
* Monitoring customer flow and interactions within the dealership to ensure each customer is attended to properly.
* Managing accurate customer interaction logs daily to maintain data integrity.
* Attending pre-departure meetings each day to ensure team alignment.
* Finalizing sales transactions in accordance with company policies, utilizing management-approved figures and calculations.
* Being the primary point of contact at the designated "tower" position to oversee customer greetings and interactions.
* Regularly participating in role-playing and sales training exercises to enhance sales techniques and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
