Sales Associate
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Associate will be a brand ambassador for the store by providing a cheerful and positive experience for all customers at the store.
The Sales Associate will maximize each sales opportunity, achieve sales goals and KPIs, and help with the general operations of the store.
This person will be an integral part of the team and help uphold our Company culture, values and mission.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Deliver a cheerful, high energy, team oriented and exceptional store atmosphere that is consistent with our Company culture, values and mission
Understand the overall concept of the store, including pricing, store layout and product knowledge with a proven ability to translate this to the customer
Assist all customers and maximize all sales opportunities to achieve sales and KPI goals and customer loyalty through effective customer relationships and selling program
Consistently maintain the sales floor and stockroom, adhering to visual standards and all company policies & procedures.
Has mindset of “flawless execution” and “strives harder than anyone else”
Help provide important feedback to management and corporate partners
Demonstrate pride in work and looks for creative solutions for day-to-day challenges
Help maintain the stockroom and general operations of the store
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of retail experience preferred
Always maintains a positive and cheerful disposition, with a proven ability to be pro-active and drive sales
Open to feedback, growth and development
Experience working with various computer programs, POS systems and technology
Ability to kneel, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, reach, pull, and maneuver merchandise or boxes up to 30 lb.
Flexible schedule and availability, with ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
