Responsibilities: * Lead the initial sales efforts for the market, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Coordinate with the corporate office to leverage generated leads and advertising efforts.
* Network within the local community to build relationships and generate additional leads and referrals.
* Assist with the coordination of shipments, installations, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements: * Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
