Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with their financial needs and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Process various financial transactions, including transfers.
- Open and close accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and targets
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of insurance products specifically IULs
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations based on client needs
- Experience in project management or account management is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for cross-selling products
