With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge technology.
(Bed Match) *Preferred Qualifications* * We're a retail store.
We are looking for people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays and weekends.
* Provide our customers with a relaxed and educational shopping experience * We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive Bed Match technology.
* High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor are keys to success! * Team focused and positive attitude.
* High School Diploma or GED * Experience in retail, customer service, big ticket, or commission sales a plus * Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs *We offer the greater of a competitive hourly rate or un-capped tiered commission structure.
