As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in Myrtle Beach, SC, you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! We seek a special person who can provide an exceptional guest experience, delighting each guest! You must be sales oriented and ready to educate our guests on all of the benefits European Wax Center offers.

*Responsibilities:*
* Greet guests upon their arrival and manage the center's overall flow while providing an exceptional guest experience.
* Educates every guest on the services, products, and loyalty programs to enhance their experience.
* Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and packages based on their preferences
* Inform guests on prices and monthly promotions.
* Sales (commission based), Marketing, Front Desk Receptionist
*Skills:*
* Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, or similar role
* Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
* Passion for the beauty industry and helping others to feel more gorgeous
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
* High school diploma
*Shift requirements:*
* Monday - Friday | 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
* Saturday | 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
* Sunday | 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
