TO Telemarketing

*JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:* The TO is responsible for successfully taking over calls to close a package to future customers that solicit them on getaway package to visit and preview one of our resorts.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Successfully takeover calls each week, minimum takeovers determined by management * Participate in training as required * Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner * Perform other related duties & special projects as requested *REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS* * Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office * Ability to speak clearly and effectively * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing * Positive and friendly attitude * Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations * Capable of handling customer rejection * Prior supervisory experience * Prior experience in Sales/Telemarketing *OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS* * Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work setting: * In-person Ability to Relocate: * Myrtle Beach, SC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
