The Home Comfort Advisor is responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations focused on HVAC, comfort and efficiency.
The primary job duties for this position are:
Identifies, pre-qualifies and calls on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of Company service offerings
Presents HVAC system replacement options
Presents financing options
Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
Follows up on sales leads and lists, both self-generated and via other sources
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
Develops proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in related field preferred
Prior Sales experience required
HVAC trade experience preferred
Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
Strong relationship
Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel
This position is a Full-Time, year-round position that is a commissioned based position.
This position is in the Myrtle Beach SC area.
