Experienced Regional Leader - International Summer Work and Travel Program

*REGIONAL FIELD LEADER – Summer Work Travel Program (SWT)* Must have: Experience working in the Work and Travel industry Location: Myrtle Beach, SC *ABOUT* *The Summer Work Travel Program is a J-1 cultural exchange program.
* The purpose is to provide overseas full-time university level students a 4-month opportunity to interact with United States citizens, experience the United States culture while sharing their own culture with Americans they meet, travel in the United States and work in jobs that require minimal training and are seasonal or temporary, in order to earn funds to help defray a portion of the expenses.
All participants have the opportunity to experience life in the United States by sharing in their tradition and culture through work opportunities, an experience that is very different from that of a tourist.
*WHAT WE NEED* CSB-USA is searching for a WFH Regional Field Manager to build a team of 4-5 local Community Leaders to help coordinate student housing and work partnership employment for up to 200 incoming international Summer Work and Travel university adults *OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE* * Will possess active field experience in the role of partnering and vetting potential host employers for our incoming group of SWT university age participants, ages 18-30 * Ensure that affordable housing is available.
* Coordinate a smooth, responsive service-oriented program throughout the exchange stay * Ensure the opportunity to travel at the conclusion of their exchange stay.
*RESPONSIBILITIES* * Partnering with local employers with short-term/seasonal staffing needs or employers who embrace workforce diversity and would like to share their expertise globally * Facilitating timely host employer placements for arriving participants * Managing timely, accurate and complete submission of host employer placement paperwork for pre-arrival vetting * Working closely with the CSB-USA national office in providing experienced cultural support after arrival and throughout the SWT stay *BENEFITS* * Work part-time and enjoy free annual travel benefits * Experience working with a reputable sponsoring organization with longevity in the student exchange industry * Flexible part-time hours * Work from home with community engagement *Compensation* Based on experience in the Summer Work and Travel Industry Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $35,000.
