Purpose
The role of an Community Marketing Agent is to provide information about the surrounding area to guests, while giving opportunities for qualifying individuals to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations and all the vacations benefits we provide.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital Vacations
Serves as the first point of contact for guests
Enjoys discussing vacation
Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Capital Vacations while pre-qualifying potential customers
Maintains an accurate record and customer log
Responsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guests
Job Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Skills and Abilities:
1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required
Ability to maintain production standards
Ability to overcome objections
Ability to work independently or as a team with a driven work ethic
Must be energetic and outgoing
