Reservations Sales Agent - Viking Hotel
Job description
As the reservations sales agent you will be comfortable with incoming and outgoing calls that contribute to the sales growth and profitability of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Greet all guests according to company standards
Be respectful/ patient when taking calls
Effectively listen and identify customer needs to offer the appropriate reservation
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
Requirements
Must be able to work evenings up to 11 pm, weekends, and holidays
Must be prompt and reliable
Would like someone with sales or customer service experience.
